IT Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in eCommerce, IT services, and digital transformation projects.
  • Generate and qualify leads via multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, partnerships).
  • Prepare and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospects.
  • Negotiate commercials, scope, and contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for solutioning.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Stay updated on Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce, AEM, headless commerce trends, and IT service innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or digital agency sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions (eCommerce, CMS, integrations, custom apps) and present business value.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead-gen platforms (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in Shopify, Magento, Adobe, or SaaS-based IT services sales.
  • Experience closing international clients (UK, US, EU).
  • Understanding of agency project models (fixed bid, T&M, retainers).

ReactJS Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Build intuitive, scalable, and responsive UI components using React.js and JavaScript ES6+
  • Translate Figma or design mockups into clean, maintainable code using CSS/SCSS, Flexbox, and CSS Grid
  • Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
  • Ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of quality and innovation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and React.js
  • Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
  • Strong experience with React Hooks, functional components, and state management
  • Understanding of headless CMSs
  • Proficiency with CSS methodologies (BEM, SMACSS) and preprocessors (SASS/SCSS)
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab)
  • Good to have Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or Tailwind CSS
